Well today was a flop. For some reason I can't seem to get back on track.
Not too long ago I found my fitbit and started doing really well. I was tracking my food on my fitness pal and really trying to hit my daily goals in steps. Well, my fitbit won't hold a charge and so as I lost battery life I lost motivation. I keep telling myself I'll do better tomorrow. But there will always be a tomorrow.
Here's to holding myself accountable, and doing it RIGHT.
I tried 2 Beachbody workouts yesterday and didn't make it through either of them. Not because they were hard, but because I was got bored.
I have done the workout of a "Total Body Blitz" group I'm in for the past 2 days (yay, 2 in a row!!!). My son walked into my room as I finished the work-out yesterday and a few minutes ago he said "MOM, Let's go exercise in your room." What a great inspiration to keep going. He even did it with me :-).
As for my coaching, I'm trying to hold myself accountable in participating in groups and learning all I can...
Now, to go order my Shakeology...... :-\
