SHEWIE! I am Exhausted.
There's a lot going on in my little world. I'm taking an accelerated calculus class. Hard. Stressful. I'm hosing my first challenge group (its started out pretty awesome, I hope it stays that way) and well, that's it for the extra stuff. But then there's the whole mom/wife/house thing I got going on too.
BUT, I had my first Shakeology sale!!! Thanks Mom!!! (Yes, seriously) She tried the vanilla and decided she wanted to try them all so she ordered a sample pack. You can order one that has one of each flavor so you can pick out your favorite.
I'm loving my Shakeology. I still want to invest in a blender so I can try some of the recipes that came with it. They look really easy and sound delish. I mean, there's even a PB&J one. YUM. I enjoy having it every morning. It makes life easier to just have a shake for breakfast. And since I'm in class ALL morning I'm no even hungry until I get out. Which is awesome because I usually have a mid-morning snack.
As for the health benefits, I haven't noticed much of a difference..... But I do believe it's one of those things you don't notice until they're gone. I am a little more energized, I'm not like bouncing off the walls but I do seem to get more done in a day.
My first MUD RUN is Saturday and I'M SO EXCITED. Let's get dirtyyyyy. I'll be sure to post pics and a review of the race!
Now, I REALLY need to find a workout I like. I did a group fitness class tonight and watched a little in the mirror and sheesh.... yeah let's find me a good one!....... and stick with it haha.
Still not really sure what I'm doing on the whole coaching front. I am in a training group I've been participating in that's really helped, I just need to break out of my shell and get a little more comfortable with knowing the products. But it's still been an awesome experience so far, and I'm REALLY enjoying it (even it has cut into my calculus time).
Alright, between kids, workouts, blog, website, and homework my husband has been neglects. Time to go snuggle on the couch :-)
